Now Media Studios is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Coach/Hype Man to join our team. As a Coach/Hype Man, you will work closely with our team to provide positive reinforcement, boost morale, and motivate our employees to reach their full potential.

• Inspire and motivate team members through regular coaching and feedback sessions
• Create and implement engaging team-building activities and events
• Foster a positive and supportive work environment
• Work with team leaders to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them
• Provide guidance and support to team members to help them achieve their goals

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience as a coach or motivational speaker is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
